Cheers Employment was established in 2010 as a professional employment agency guided by the service philosophy of “People-Centered, Family-First.” We are committed to building a long-term and trustworthy partnership among employers, domestic helpers, and agencies, fostering harmonious employment relationships.

Our branches are conveniently located in Central, Causeway Bay, Hung Hom, Sham Shui Po, and Yuen Long. We specialize in processing applications for local and overseas Indonesian and Filipino domestic helpers, finished-contract helpers, contract-renewal helpers, and direct hire helpers. We also provide one-stop supporting services, including employment insurance and medical check-ups for domestic helpers. All helpers are carefully screened and selected, and to date, we have successfully matched the most suitable domestic helpers for over ten thousand families, earning the trust of our clients.

As a licensed employment agency recognized by the Consulates of the Philippines and Indonesia, we operate professional training centers in both countries. Our experienced teams conduct rigorous interviews to select domestic helpers with good character, professional skills, and a positive attitude. Most overseas helpers recommended by us have completed the required local domestic helper training programs before arriving in Hong Kong. These programs cover Cantonese, infant care, elderly care, household chores, and practical home management skills. In addition, we provide training on the lifestyle and habits of Hong Kong families, helping helpers adapt quickly to their employers’ households and ensuring service quality.

To enhance communication between employers and domestic helpers, we have established an independent translation department that provides both telephone and written translation services. We also offer helper counseling services to support both employers and helpers in building effective communication and cooperation, creating a more harmonious working relationship.
