Training Programs

1. Infant Care Course
   Specifically designed for newborn care, this course covers baby care, feeding techniques, bathing methods, and emergency handling to ensure helpers can take care of babies with confidence, easing the burden on employers.

2. Hong Kong-Style Chinese Cuisine Cooking Course
   This specially designed course teaches helpers how to prepare authentic Hong Kong dishes, equipping them with cooking skills to create healthy and delicious family meals.

   Course Content

   • Section 1: Theory and Demonstration
     The instructor demonstrates cooking techniques and procedures, helping helpers understand how to prepare and handle ingredients while mastering the essentials of Chinese cooking.

   Sample Dishes (3 Dishes + 1 Soup):

   • Kudzu, Red Bean, and Grass Carp Soup
   • Eggplant with Garlic Sauce
   • Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs
   • Braised Bitter Melon with Fish

   • Section 2: Hands-On Practice
     Helpers will practice cooking under the guidance of the instructor, consolidating their skills through real-life application.

   Course Information

   • Languages: Cantonese / Mandarin / English (with Indonesian and Filipino translation)
